Who is responsible for your data
SSPACE Training Center is responsible for the personal data collected through this website. Our contact details are at the bottom of this page.
What we collect
We deliberately collect as little as possible. When you place an order we collect:
- Your full name, as registered on your VirtualTester account.
- Your email address, as registered on that account.
- The voucher you selected, the amount due, the order reference we generate, and which language version of the site you used.
- The date and time of the order.
What we do not collect
- We never see or store your card number, CVV, PayPal password or bank login. Payments are handled entirely by PayPal or by your own bank.
- This site has no advertising pixels, no remarketing tags and no analytics tracking.
- We do not create accounts and we do not ask for a password.
Why we need it
Your name and email are the only way to activate a voucher on the correct VirtualTester account. We also use them to send your confirmation and to answer support requests about your order. We do not use them for marketing unless you ask us to.
Where your order is stored
Orders are recorded in a Google Sheet belonging to SSPACE, through Google Apps Script. Access is limited to SSPACE staff who handle orders. Google acts as our processor for this storage; their infrastructure may be located outside Vietnam.
Who we share it with
We share only what is necessary, and never sell your data:
- Dassault Systèmes / VirtualTester — your name and account email, so the voucher can be activated.
- PayPal — for payments made on the English pages. PayPal collects its own data under its own privacy policy.
- Our bank, and the payment-notification service SePay where used — for bank transfers made on the Vietnamese pages. They see the transfer details, not your order form.
- Google — as described above for order storage. Google Fonts also receives your IP address when your browser downloads the page font.
Cookies and local storage
We set no cookies at all.
The site stores one item in your browser’s local storage: your language choice, so that picking English or Vietnamese is remembered on your next visit. It stays on your device, is never sent to us, and you can clear it from your browser settings.
The support chat on this site runs entirely inside your browser. What you type there is not sent to us or to any third party.
How long we keep it
We keep order records for as long as needed to support the voucher and to meet accounting and tax obligations, and then delete them. You may ask us to delete your record earlier if there is no outstanding order.
Your rights
You can ask us to show you the data we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. Write to the email address below from the address you used for your order and we will respond as quickly as we can.
Children
This site is not directed at children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their data.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page.
