Who we are
SSPACE Training Center ("SSPACE", "we") sells official SOLIDWORKS certification exam vouchers. We are an Academic Certification Provider authorized by Dassault Systèmes, provider ID C-XEK3D60YV0, which anyone can check on the vendor’s own verification page.
These terms apply to every order placed through this website. By completing an order you accept them.
What you are buying
An exam voucher is a digital entitlement activated on your VirtualTester test-taker account. It lets you sit one attempt at the exam named in your order.
Nothing is shipped physically. There is no download and no printed certificate.
Before you order
- You must first register a test-taker account at 3dexperience.virtualtester.com.
- At checkout you must give the exact full name and email address of that account. We cannot activate a voucher on an account we cannot find.
- You are responsible for meeting any prerequisites the exam itself requires, and for having access to the SOLIDWORKS software and the official testing client.
Prices and payment
Prices on the English pages are shown in USD and are collected through PayPal, which also accepts major credit and debit cards. Prices on the Vietnamese pages are shown in VND and are collected by bank transfer.
The price shown at checkout is the full amount due. We do not add fees afterwards. Your bank or card issuer may apply its own currency conversion or transfer charges, which are outside our control.
We may change prices at any time. The price displayed when you place your order is the price that applies to that order.
Delivery and activation
Once your payment is confirmed we activate the voucher on the VirtualTester account you gave us, and email you a confirmation. This normally happens within a few business hours.
If you have not received a confirmation within one business day, please check your spam folder and then contact us with your order reference.
Validity
Each voucher is valid for 3 months from its activation date. Activation happens when your payment is confirmed, so the period starts then — you cannot choose a later activation date.
A voucher that is not used within that period expires and is not refundable.
What a voucher does not include
- It does not guarantee a passing result.
- It does not include training, courses or study material unless stated in your order.
- It does not include a retake. A second attempt requires a second voucher.
- It does not include SOLIDWORKS software licences.
Cancellation, refunds and replacements

Trademarks
SOLIDWORKS and Dassault Systèmes are registered trademarks of Dassault Systèmes S.A. We use them only to describe the exams we are authorized to sell vouchers for. SSPACE Training Center is an independent authorized Academic Certification Provider and is not otherwise affiliated with or endorsed by Dassault Systèmes.
Limits of our responsibility
We are responsible for issuing a valid voucher for the exam you ordered, and for the guarantees set out in our refund policy.
We are not responsible for the content, scheduling, scoring or availability of the exams themselves, which are operated by Dassault Systèmes through the VirtualTester platform, nor for problems caused by incorrect account details supplied at checkout.
Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under the consumer law that applies to you.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The version published on this page at the time you order is the one that applies to your order. The date at the top of this page shows when it was last changed.
